Rock Formations: 3 Part Painting Workshop

Join me for a 3 part painting workshop creating Abstract Rock Formation paintings. In this series, we will explore color, layering techniques, composition, and personal style using various painting materials and mediums. It will be an in-person workshop hosted at my studio in the Casket Arts Building. Your final painting will be a 9x12” piece on gallery style canvas.

All materials will be provided.

Select from the dates below to book your private painting workshop. You will be able to select your type of workshop after you book. All materials will be provided. BYOB snacks and drinks. Workshops are $38 per person with a $220 minimum.

The $220 is due when you book, and then if you have 6 or more people, you will pay the remaining balance on the date of the class.

Art & Astrology

A mindful workshop combining the magic of astrology and artistic exploration.

Art & Astrology is a 90 minute virtual workshop led by Gina and Ashley. We will dive into how art making and astrology can intersect. You will learn how to use your personal birth chart to explore your artistic gifts and to create art work inspired by your Emotional Landscape.

A bit about our co-host, Ashley: She is a yoga teacher, an entrepreneur and host of the Yoga Magic podcast. For 8 years, she has studied yoga, meditation, astrology and mindfulness practices that prioritize self-care and self-discovery. Ashley of Ashley Sondergaard Yoga will lead through the astrology and birth chart work.

New to this sort of thing? No problem! This workshop will be a safe space to play around, explore and learn. We will give you all of the tools and encouragement you need to create something authentic to you. We will focus on the process instead of the outcome.

CREATIVITY & CONNECTION: Art for Self-Healing

An art making and self-healing workshop based in creativity, exploration, symbolism and self-love.


Art for Self-Healing is a 90 minute virtual workshop that combines art making and tools for self-care. Create your own self care rituals and explore how art, creativity, and symbolism can play a role in improving your mental health!

Self-healing and mental health wellness will be guided by Lauren of StarHaus Psychotherapy. Lauren is a Minneapolis based psychotherapist with a special interest in the use of archetypes, symbols, and ritual in mental health. She is the creator of two oracle card decks, and frequently assists clients in constructing their own unique self-care symbols to aid in self care and coping skills.

A mindful movement and intuitive art making workshop to boost creativity, connection, and self-discovery.

During this 90 minute workshop, we will dive into meditation to inspire self-inquiry and connection. We will do some gentle and warming movement to connect to our bodies. We will journal our findings, do a bit of writing to gather an intention/ theme, and then we will create art together!

New to art making or meditation? No problem! This workshop will give you all of the tools and encouragement you need to start creating something that will be authentic to you. We will focus on the process of art making instead of the outcome, and it will be fun, energetic & accessible to all.
